Terms of Service

NoxReg is a SaaS (Software as a Service) regulatory intelligence platform that monitors global pharmaceutical regulatory agencies, aggregates published documents, and delivers AI-powered summaries and importance scoring to subscribers.

The service includes: a web-based dashboard, email digest notifications, AI-generated summaries, importance classification, filter profiles, and (for Pro subscribers) REST API access.

NoxReg does not provide legal advice, regulatory consulting, or compliance certification. Content is provided for informational purposes only and does not substitute professional regulatory counsel.

To access NoxReg, you must create an account with a valid work email address. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your password and not share account credentials with third parties.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorised access at contact@noxreg.com.
• Be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to accept these Terms on behalf of your organisation.

One account corresponds to one individual user. Team access requires separate accounts per user. Sharing accounts is prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

You agree to use NoxReg only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell NoxReg content or data to third parties without written consent.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access the platform beyond the authorised REST API.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code or underlying AI models.
• Use the platform in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, spam, or unlawful content.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent access controls, subscription gating, or security measures.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions without prior notice.

NoxReg is offered on a monthly subscription basis. All plans include a 14-day free trial with full Pro access. No credit card is required to start a trial.

• Starter plan: €199/month, billed monthly. Includes all core features with limited filter profiles and weekly digest.
• Pro plan: €699/month, billed monthly. Includes all features, daily digest, team action recommendations, and REST API access.
• Annual billing: Available on request with a discount equivalent to 2 months free. Contact us for an annual invoice.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. EU business subscribers with a valid VAT number may apply reverse-charge VAT.

Refunds are not provided for partial months. If you cancel during a billing period, access continues until the end of that period.

Your use of NoxReg is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain ownership of any data you input into NoxReg (e.g., saved filter profiles, notes). By using the service, you grant NoxReg a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

NoxReg aggregates and analyses publicly available regulatory content. We do not claim ownership of content published by health authorities.

NoxReg and all its components — including the platform software, AI models, visual design, brand assets, and documentation — are the intellectual property of NoxReg S.à r.l., protected under Luxembourg and EU law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of NoxReg's proprietary content without written permission. The NoxReg name, logo, and wordmark are registered trademarks.

AI-generated summaries and importance scores are the output of our proprietary models and are subject to the same IP protections as the platform itself.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• NoxReg is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
• NoxReg shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
• Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to NoxReg in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory EU consumer law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• Payment fails and is not remedied within 7 days of notification.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. We will retain your data for 90 days before deletion, during which you may export it on request.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Luxembourg City, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer located in the EU, you also have the right to submit disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
